The Goal

We conducted a full company analysis of Airbnb’s internal strategies (i.e. HR) and external strategies (i.e. advertising, business strategy). We wanted to see if they do or do not complement each other, how those strategies might be affected by its rapid growth, and give recommendations for how the company can adapt to that growth while maintaining its values.
